Since it is an enterprise and an economic entity, NERC-SWRR is administratively and financially independent, self-accounting, self-balancing and self-developing. NERC-SWRR will continually recruit the correlative to engage in engineering research and system integration for performing the technology transfer. A long-term policy of NERC-SWRR is to attract talent people to strengthen the teams on the scientific research and the technology transfer.
NERC-SWRR devotes itself to the basic research on the interdisciplinary of both environmental engineering and materials science and to the applied research for industrialization as well. NERC-SWRR develops technologies to transform various solid wastes into new useful resources and technologies of common items and key techniques to meet the need of large-scale production. NERC-SWRR spreads the new materials, new techniques, new products and new equipments that are developed maturely into the correlative industries continuously.
The main task of NERC-SWRR is to provide a new and complete set of engineering research achievements in order to establish and develop a new modern industrial system i.e.reclaimed resource industry in
1. the preparation technologies of various composites from wastes,
2. the technologies of pretreatment, reclamation and test of various wastes,
3. various products of the composites made from wastes and their complete production equipments.
